Check-In
Arrive a few minutes early to fill out any new paperwork. Our lobby is arranged so anxious pets and calm ones don't have to share close quarters.

Exam Room
A technician gets vitals and history first, then one of our veterinarians does a full nose-to-tail exam at your pet's pace, using Fear Free handling throughout.

You'll hear findings in plain language, with real options and real costs laid out before anything happens — no procedure without your OK.

Checkout & Follow-Up
Front desk schedules any follow-up and sends home care instructions in writing. For anything bigger, a doctor calls to check in within a day or two.
