Emergency & Urgent Care

A triage-first approach during clinic hours, with stabilization on-site and a trusted overnight ER partner when your pet needs care after we close.

Overview

What this actually involves.

During clinic hours, urgent cases are triaged the moment you walk in — the sickest or most critical pet is seen first, regardless of appointment order, and our front desk is trained to ask the right questions on the phone to judge how fast you need to come in. Difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, suspected poisoning, and collapse are always treated as walk-in-now emergencies, not something we schedule around.

We can stabilize, run emergency diagnostics, and treat many urgent conditions on-site during the day. For anything requiring overnight monitoring or care after we close, we coordinate directly with a 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital we trust, and send your pet’s full record ahead electronically so the overnight team isn’t starting from zero. Use the triage tool on this site any time you’re unsure how urgent a symptom is — and if it’s ever a true emergency, call us directly rather than waiting on a form.
