Jasmine has been a Certified Veterinary Technician at Denwell since 2016 and leads the clinic’s Fear Free handling program, training new hires on the low-stress restraint and treat-forward technique that keeps anxious pets calmer from the parking lot to the exam table. She also runs client education for anything hands-on — nail trims, ear cleaning, giving medication at home — because she’s found most owners just need someone to show them once.
Regulars know her as the technician who remembers which treats each pet will actually eat off the exam table, and which ones won’t touch anything until they’re back in the car.
