Dr. Ferraro joined Denwell in 2020 and has built much of the clinic’s dental program, from the full-mouth-X-ray-before-extraction protocol to the at-home care plans owners actually stick with. She takes the time before any dental procedure to walk owners through exactly what the X-rays show and why a given tooth does or doesn’t need to come out — a habit her clients specifically ask for by name.
She completed additional oral-surgery training after veterinary school and handles Denwell’s more complex extractions and jaw-fracture repairs in-house rather than referring them out.
