Nadia has managed the front of the clinic since 2019 and is usually the first voice you hear when you call Denwell, whether you’re booking a routine wellness visit or trying to figure out how worried to be about something happening right now. She also manages appointment scheduling, insurance and payment questions, and the after-visit follow-up calls the clinic makes for anything more involved than a routine exam.
She keeps a running list of every regular patient’s quirks — who needs the exam room floor instead of the table, who does best if you skip the scale until last — and makes sure it actually gets used.
